Must Go - friend edition

This list is a compilation of must go's compliments of my dear friends.

  • Couples that publicly facebook each other with nonsense things such as: I love you more - no I love you more, lets make babies, there's only one thing that has been going through my mind all day and it's you baby. VOMITING! all day. everyday. It's really cool that you love eachother but stop rubbing your happiness in my face.
  • Beagles.
  • Unprofessionalism in the work place.
  • Searching for a new place to live. Probably one of my least favorite things to do.
  • People that ask you a question that leads you to believe that there might be a hangout later. Then you spend all night not really making plans in hopes of chilling with them. And they never get back to you.
  • People that text and when you respond they take hours to reply.
  • Working on days that are sunny and warm. It should be illegal.
the following are from myself
  • movies that just end suddenly, most annoying thing ever. I WANT TO KNOW WHAT HAPPENED!
  • not being able to sleep at night. isomina is a nightmare.
  • fat dogs named monroe laying on my lap at work, causing the lower half of my body to tingle in an unfriendly way.
  • excessive amounts of free-time at work.
  • Doctors that don't show up!!
  • trips that seem to be so far off. July come soon! PLEASE!

must go

  • The scent plumeria and wild rose air freshner. I cannot stand this scent. My office manager always sprays it, makes me want to vomit.
  • Little girls that bring their dinner to ballet. That sweet smell of food is almost too much. I'm inches away from turning into a ravenous monster and eating all their food.
  • 28 effing dollars to hem a pair of jeans! Ridiculous! I'm really sorry that my legs aren't longer, I would lengthen them out if I could.
  • Bedazzled jeans. I guess a few fake jewels on your ass are ok. Well not really, maybe if they are real diamonds. I'd wear bedazzled ass jeans, if it was done with diamonds.
  • Itchy/rashy/scabby hands. It's as gross and painful as it sounds, believe me.
  • Him!
  • LOL. I hate this acronym more than any other. I never think laugh out loud or lots of love when I read it. I only ever think loose old ladies. So please refrain from using this. So gross.
  • The phrase "get it" and "ya see"

Must Go! Vegas Edition.

I know I was in Vegas weeks ago but this is important information to share.
1. Strange men offering a group of us women to view his gadget.
2. The guys handing naked lady pictures to us. And that silly little "double smack" before they thrust the bite sized porno at my chest.
3. Traffic. The traffic in Vegas is horrible. No one knows how to drive there either.
4. Women dressed like this

This photo is really dark, it doesn't really show the awfulness of it all. But if you look close you can tell that it's just wrong for so many reasons.
5. Women that wear high heels and can't walk in them. No matter how cute your shoes are, walking like a primate isn't going to get you any luck with the dudes.
6. That every once and a while you get a whiff of dead person in a bottle. It really makes me want to vomit.
7. The entire venetician smelled like grandmas. Like they have a groups of grandmas, drenched in gallons of their perfume, making laps through the casino and shopping areas. I think I perfer cigar/cig/cancer smells over too much grandma.
8. That everything is so expensive at diesel. I love diesel! Makes my heart crack a little that I can't even afford one sock of a pair.
9. Waiters that rub their package on my leg. I know it's Vegas, but we are at a family resturant, and I look like I'm 12 years old. Watch where your sticking your junk.
10. Pools in hotels that are closed. Just lamO!
11. Donny and Marie! The horror, the horror!

must go.

  • The little vinyl stickers on cars that represent the occupants families. I think some are ok. But it can become too excessive. When you have 30 little figures with their nicknames, all your dogs and cats with their names, and the flowers you have named from your garden it's TOO much. I saw this the other day; I tried to capture a picture for evidence but I was driving and being cautious. Well truth is I couldn't find my phone. :P
  • Migraines! I have had this headache for the past three days it must go away.
  • Water spots on dishes. Maybe it's an OCD thing, but it really bothers me when there are water spots on my utensils and cups. Clean is clean- which means no water spots.
  • When clients come into the vet and expect us to baby-sit their children. We are not a daycare center so when your child ends up getting eaten by a dog, or taking a medication the fault is not mine. If you cannot control your children, leave them at home with a sitter.
  • Having to owe money to the government for taxes. When you clearly shouldn't have had to if your employer would have handled your checks correctly. What he did was illegal and I have to pay, such bull! :(
  • Eating a meal and then feeling like you're still hungry. I'm too poor to feed my own appetite.
  • Receipts. Now that I have to keep all these little slips of paper my life feels much messier. I store them in a little file folder. But knowing there are several different sized slips, not in order by size, makes me want to throw things.
  • Long lines at del taco. Not everyone should know about tuesday taco night. I want my damn taco and I don't want to wait an hour for it.
  • When you go to a drive thru and you don't get what you ordered. I paid a dollar for that taco, I should get what I ordered.
  • The coverage of the Olympics. They don't show enough of the games, I would like to watch more of them. Also, that they don't show any of the special Olympics for our viewing pleasure. It would be rad if they did.
  • Pant stealing roommates. (this hasn't actually happened to me, but I had a special request to put it on the list.)
  • People that have blogs and they don't update them. How can I stalk blogs if there are no new posts. Go, make haste, and provide me with the simple pleasure of living vicariously through your blog.

must go! DRIVING EDITION

Some of these may have appeared on previous must go lists, but I have deemed it necessary for an honorable mention.

  • People that don't know how to drive! It's simple, if you are scared to drive, don't know how to drive or are just plain stupid. you should NOT be driving! These are the people that cause about 45% of accidents. If you can't drive walk, ride a bike, or the bus!
  • Idiots who think they are so awesome at driving that traffic laws are above them. Weaving in and out of traffic, speeding up to red lights or stop signs, basically reckless drivers. Just because you have a death wish, doesn't mean I do.
  • People that drive in another cars blind spot. Since I now do a lot of freeway driving I see this all the time. Cars coasting along in another cars blind spot. One day you will be hit and I will say "I told you so!"
  • When people speed up and pass me, then once you are ahead of me they slow down. If I could I would shoot bolts of lightening with my eyes into the back of your head.
  • Go ahead and never, ever use your blinker! It's a sure fire way of making me forever wish you to the bottom most pit of hell.
  • Forgetting to turn off your blinker. Because the next 10 miles I follow you I will be obsessing over the fact that you aren't turning and your blinker says you are going to.
  • Not going the speed limit. This is highly frustrating for me, more so, when you are in the fast lane. The fast lane is the FAST lane, which means, GO THE SPEED LIMIT OR I WILL RAM YOUR SHINY NEW MERCEDES!
  • When it snows and I am driving my cute lil' echo and the GIANT ford F150 decides to ride my ass. It's really cool and all that you have a nice truck with 4-wheel drive, but I can't go any faster in my front wheel drive car. When my car eventually fish tails -which is inevitable- and douche rams his truck into the side of my vehicle there will be hell to pay!
  • People who take up two spaces to park. If you don't want to damage your precious little car don't effing drive it. It's far more dangerous to be driving it then parking in a single space.
  • Unnecessary use of high beams. Temporary blindness while driving is definitely a safety hazard.
  • When people stop at a stop sign and wait nearly 10 whole minutes before slowly creeping across the intersection. The sign never turns green so stop waiting for the impossible.
  • Motorcycles that weave through traffic. Just because you can fit your skinny-assed bike in-between two lanes of traffic doesn't make it legal and definitely warrants you a complete idiot with a death wish.
  • When people slow down to see what happened when there are flashing lights. Honestly, I usually have a destination when I am driving. If you want to see someone get a ticket, watch cops.
  • The guy who spit on my car! NOT COOL YOU ROYAL DOUCHE BAG!
  • People that ride their brakes. I find it highly annoying, it's hard to tell if you are really braking.
  • When I use my blinker to get over into the other lane and the next 6 cars ride bumper to bumper refusing to let me over. I'm not joking, when I turn my blinker on I would like to get over.
  • Speeding up when I am trying to pass you. The entire time I was behind you, you were comfortable going your own speed... I wasn't. Douche!
  • Tailgating. I don't need you up my ass to know you are annoying... back off!
Pleasant driving to you all.

MUST GO

fake laughs or forced laughs. if you don't think i am funny i don't care, just don't pretend you think i am.
people that don't close a door that clearly says please keep the door closed. it's surprising how unobservant most people are.
the word bathroom. we should say "loo" like the British, it sounds more sophisticated. Plus, it flows more naturally out of your mouth.
when you are reading in a public place and someone interrupts you to chit-chat. you clearly hint you'd much rather continue reading then carry on this lame conversation. yet, they continue you to talk to you like you care. maybe i'm a cold bitch, that just needs a lesson in being friendly. but i really think it's them that needs a lesson in common courtesy. i'm reading a book, not sitting at a social meet and greet.
working saturday nights. or atleast having to dress "professionally" on a saturday night. if i have to sit for hours i'd enjoy uncrossing my legs for a while.
people that have 100 bumper stickers on their car. i never have enough time to read them all.
pot holes. i pay my taxes, now fix the damn road!
when it is clearly obvious and people still ask "did you get a hair cut?" of course i did... it didn't grow back into my scalp.
the term chicken fingers. they are chicken strips! chickens don't have fingers.
automated phone answering systems for banks, the pharmacy, etc. they are nothing more than an inconvience. hire a human to answer the phones.

fake leather baseball caps. as a matter of fact, leather baseball caps. leather is just for jackets, motor bike chaps, purses, and wallets. anything else is just going to look horrid!

Some hair styles that must go...

as you can clearly tell this lovely post is about hair don'ts! if you feel like viewing some of my artful depictions of these wonderful hair dos please click on the links.

THE BOWL CUT
oh dear, every time this woman that has chosen this as her hairstyle strides into the clinic i want to hurl. this
hair cut doesn't even look good on wee little lads, so there's no way that it could look at all good on a woman over 50. the terrible dye job doesn't add to the overall look either.  when she turns around to leave i cringe internally at the back, the shaved horridness of it all!

if you refer to the image it is clear why this style must go. anyone that has any desire to do this to their hair needs to have electric shock treatments. the visual aid is exactly accurate to the male that chose to don this do. it has not been modified in anyway. the tiny little wisps of hair, thatwere the 'comb over,' were almost absent.

THE NASTY NEVER WASHED RATS NEST.
this hairdo just has to go. it is disgusting in so many ways. dudes that sport this just need to have a date with a pair of scissors. the fly-aways, the grease, the snarls. it all just needs to go. i don't have a problem with males rockin the long hair as long as it is taken care of.

Must Go...

1.This girl that always wears clothes that are 6 sizes too small for her. Every time she comes on a Saturday night I want to cover her up. I mean I wouldn't be able to fit in some of the things she wears. Besides it's just plain gross!
2.Dumb people. I talk to dumb people every day. I get so puzzled as to how they managed to make it this far in life because of how dumb they are.
3.Cold weather. It's nearly May, I want some sun.
4. School/Homework. I only have about 2 more weeks of school but I was done about 4 weeks ago. Like right now instead of blogging I should be taking a med. term. test. Who does that? Blogging is much more fun.
5. Weekdays. I would love to have a life full of weekends. Very little work, being able to stay up late and sleep in. That would be the life.
6.Bills. That's a given. I hate getting a pay check and then having to spend it all on bills. It's so discouraging to feel poor.
7.TV shows coming out only once a week. I don't enjoy the anticipation of waiting an entire week to figure out what is happening between Chuck and Blair. Just let me know all ready!
8.Working at a assisted living center where your bosses grandfather is living. Pretty sure that is going to result in some individuals loosing their jobs... Hopefully me!
9.The fact that on itunes, for one episode of TV it costs $1.99. That is so over priced it's not even funny. Then I have to buy it because the episodes on free internet TV are slow to download, blurry, and have commercials.
10. Commercials, it's not like anyone watches them. Everyone always changes the channel.

MUST GO....

These are the things I have seen this week that must go!!

  1. Men that think it's ok for their hair to poke out the neck of their shirt. It's disgusting, distracting, and did I mention disgusting. I don't expect you to wax your chest, hair is normal, I'd just rather not see it peeping out of your collar.
  2. People that call to set an appointment, I reply well I don't have anything til tomorrow morning does 10:15 work? person on phone: well I was really wanting to get in today. (INTERNAL THOUGHTS: oh well in that case let me just cancel my life, because you really wanted to get in today.) Actual response: well I really don't have anything left today! I can see you tomorrow at 10:15. I mean seriously you obviously don't give a damn about what I want so why should I care that you really wanted to get in today? Stop being so self centered.
  3. Anyone that is driving when I have anywhere to go. You either shouldn't have a license, or you need to get the heck out of my way.
  4. People who think it is okay to go 10+ miles below the speed limit. You know that's just as illegal as speeding in my book.
  5. Red lights! Or at least the ones that you hit that causes you to hit EVERY SINGLE RED LIGHT afterward.
  6. Heavy set girls that wear clothes that are 6 sizes to small. I mean you really shouldn't be wearing a mini skirt when one of your thighs is the size of the empire state building; especially when you are swing dancing. Come on, If I wanted to see all that I would have gone to the strip club.
  7. Bosses who think it's okay to show up to work 2 hours late. EVERYDAY!
  8. Malls, I'd save soooo sooo much money! I could probably buy a house.
