I was there! It was super.
We paid a ridiculous amount of money for tickets.
But it was worth it.
After we first arrived, we stood waiting at the
gate for the rest of our party to join us.
When out of all the people at this event,
we see some people from high school.
You know, the people you know,
but never talked to.
It always leads to the awkward look.
"The I know you, You know me, But I really don't want to acknowledge that." look.
Momentary awkwardness only half avoided,
We entered the stadium.
Then after taking the long way, around the entire stadium,
we finally found our seats.
The game was so-so.
Final score was 2/2
The last minute was the most intense of the match.
Real almost lost.
But they pulled through to tie.
Too bad they didn't win.
Was super fun.
Needs to happen again.
Did not know you were a REAL fan or a SOCCER fan for that matter! Yes, I know the "I know you know me and you and I know you look." Happens way too often in St. George, therefore, I moved to SLC, PHX, and now CO to avoid it! Too awkward. I like your blog spot a lot. It is a nice way to keep in touch. Tell the fam hi.
